Linda Houllahan started her career in finance more than 15 years ago in Private Wealth Management in New York at top tier financial institutions such as CS First Boston, Morgan Stanley, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, etc. During that time, Linda acquired expertise across all aspects of Private Banking, including Asset Allocation, Manager Selection, Alternative Investments, Risk Management, and Trust and Estate Services. Linda's successful track record expanded her client base from private clients and family offices to institutions such as foundations, endowments, insurance companies and pension funds.

Linda’s detailed knowledge and value recognition of Alternative Investments, including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Hedge Funds, Fund of Funds, Structured Products, etc., led to organizing and founding ELLA CAPITAL, LLC in 2007 to consult, source and distribute unique alternative investments for her clients worldwide.

Through her direct relationships, the team at ELLA CAPITAL, and her network of colleagues, Linda reaches the broadest possible investor base for her clients. The categories of clients she serves include Foundations, Endowments, Public Funds (State and City), Corporate Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Hedge Funds, Fund of Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Family Offices. In August 2010, Linda teamed up with Alchemy, an investor and infrastructure firm that provides a Risk Managed Account Platform to facilitate Absolute Risk Controls for Absolute Returns.

Linda is an active member of the Financial Women’s Association, The National Association of Professional Women, The Association for Corporate Growth, The CT Hedge Fund Association, 85 Broads, The Alden Owners, Inc. and Times Square Church.

Linda graduated with a B.S. in Biochemistry from Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut, and an MBA from Yale University’s School of Management with a concentration in Finance.
